Terms of Service

These Terms Of Service are a generalization created to cover the variety of different services I provide, so some may or may not be applicable to certain types of jobs.

GENERAL
I'm excited to be working with you, but as always, there are some rules to make sure that we both have the right expectations!
I want to do everything in my power (and for the pricepoint) to give you exactly what you want and make your dream a reality!PAYMENTS
Payments are up-front and final for most projects. I personally reserve the right to add to the originally price estimate during initial negotiations to ensure that the price fairly equates to the work being requested.REVISIONS
After sending you a drafted product for revision, I will complete two revisions to fix anything that may need adjustment, etc. Once a step is approved, I will not be redesigning/re-editing the entire work; if you have changes that need to be made at the sketch phase please let me know ASAP! Requesting a full restart of the work does not fall into the category of a "revision."DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Project completion rates vary greatly between different kinds of work, and as such length of time will be discussed. If for some reason, the project needs to be completed rapidly (or, faster than my typical workflow would allow), I may add a Rush Fee to the originally proposed price.USE
USE IT CHOOM! Post it on whatever platform you would like, go ham! Be aware that if it is being used commercially (for merch or paid sites like Patreon) will charge an additional fee.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The artwork is completely yours to use for promotion and anything else! I would be greatly appreciate if you would credit my work when it's posted, when possible. If the artwork would be used for any kind of merch or paid content, there will be additional fees required.REFUNDS
These projects are non-refundable.AI CONTENT
None of my work contains ANY AI assistance, artwork, or generated media. You are not permitted to use my work to help train, develop, or replicate my artwork, designs, or editing styles.COMMUNICATION
I am open to communication and am pretty quick to respond (usually within an hour unless I'm asleep), so I have the best idea of what you're looking for in the final product!
